Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Elk Grove Village/Itasca

Upon arrival, which was very late due to an unforeseen circumstance, the gentlemen that were at the front desk were so very kind. I really appreciated their friendliness and empathy towards my situation. Also, the woman who worked the front desk for checkout was super sweet and friendly as well. The whole check in and checkout process was very easy. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quite cool when we got there, which I super enjoyed!! The AC definitely worked well and made for good sleeping conditions.

The hotel was wonderful but Emily at the front desk was exceptional! She not only helped me with my reservation, but also got me in touch with a gentlemen that was attending the same training I was.

Very accommodating. Breakfast was over kinda early and, though I didn't have any, my dad said.it "coulda been better, coulda been worse". All-in-all, the handicap accessible room was perfect for my brother in a wheelchair.

Very clean and comfortable room and well maintained facilities, reception staff was very helpful, plenty of parking.

the staff were all great to work with. we had several problems with our rooms and they helped us move and find a room that worked out in the end. the breakfast man was incredibly nice and helpful!
