Upon arrival, which was very late due to an unforeseen circumstance, the gentlemen that were at the front desk were so very kind. I really appreciated their friendliness and empathy towards my situation. Also, the woman who worked the front desk for checkout was super sweet and friendly as well. The whole check in and checkout process was very easy. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quite cool when we got there, which I super enjoyed!! The AC definitely worked well and made for good sleeping conditions.

I couldn't enjoy or see breakfast, because we slept in, it was our fault. The beds were so comfortable, clean and with everything you need in the bathroom. My husband enjoyed being able to do his exercise routine in his gym and swimming in the pool, I enjoyed the jacuzzi with hot water and hydromassage. Overall a very nice, clean hotel with very helpful staff.

Very friendly staff. As I stated before, the front desk associate was very nice when we asked for more items for our room. She did explain the shortage of staff but still got us what we needed. And check out was super easy. We were in town to visit family and this hotel was literally down the street from them. I would definitely stay again.
